to rent a table in the "Family Activities Tent" to promote their business, sell goods or build awareness.

1. The Grand Blanc Chamber of Commerce is having their third Annual Festival September 24th, 25th, 26th, and 27th in the center of Grand Blanc on Grand Blvd and Reid Rd.  Main attractions will be a full carnival including rides, games, concessions, singing contest and many other activities.  We expect to bring in over 22,000 people in a four-day time frame.  Hours of Expo Tent operations are as follows *Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, 11:00 to 4:00.  On Saturday we are asking that you provide a children’s interactive game or activity during the hours of operation.  We are providing an opportunity for businesses like yours to purchase an 8’ table during the hours of the Festival.  You can use this space to highlight your business services or products by distributing literature or promotional items. 
2. Set up is Friday at 3:00 p.m.  Please do not leave items that are of value overnight in tent (computers, TV’s, etc.)
3. Space is limited to 16 Exhibitors only

Restrictions include not selling prepared food
or sell or giving away bottled water or other beverages.

Exhibitor will receive:

(1) 8’ skirted table in Expo / Family Activities Tent to display your company’s products and services.
